Smart Island Solutions

All new racks installed in our data center are placed in so-called islands. These islands consist of two rows of racks with roofing and doors. The cold air from the air conditioning systems is pumped directly into the cold aisles of these islands through the raised floor. The servers draw in the cold air and expel the warm air outside. This way, we don’t have to constantly cool the entire room, but only the volume and airflow within the islands.

Ecological Cooling

Our air conditioning systems run on free cooling when the outside temperature is below 18°C. In free cooling mode, cold outside air is drawn in, mixed with the warm inside air to the desired temperature, and pumped into the raised floor. This ensures that your IT is always well-cooled.
